TCD Nutrition Ongoing Support Add-On

Ongoing Support adds a fee every 4 weeks to your Fueling Plan, Nutrition Plan, or other Core Diet services.  It is not a standalone support option.

• Ongoing email support (and phone if needed) after your plan delivery to ensure you become acclimated to the new plan without issues! 
• Your Registered Dietitian will be there to adapt your plan with you as needed throughout the season to fit specific race day weather conditions for each of your upcoming races.
• Your Registered Dietitian will be available to answer questions and do a post-race review after your races if you choose the 1-1 support option.

Ongoing Support is serviced by Registered Dietitians from The Core Diet
